Hi, my name is Maureen and I have been happily married for more years than I can count. I am the mother of one son who is now grown up and happily married to a lovely girl whom we adore. We have been very blessed and look forward to many more years together as a family. I am English, though born in Africa and my husband is Irish. Our dear son was also born in Ireland and he is still one of the greatest joys of our lives. I love crafting and could not imagine a day going by where I have not begun or finished making something. My husband is disabled with Multiple Sclerosis but we have not allowed this to get in the way. We consider ourselves some of the luckiest people as we get to spend every day together here in our home. We love to watch a great movie and have a cup of hot tea and biscuits together. Sometimes life does not get any better than this. One thing I have learned is that life does have a silver lining but sometimes you have to look for it......
