VALENTINES DAY DELIGHTS......

Valentines Day is just around the corner and I wanted to begin the new year of 2010 with some sweet new Valentines Day pretties. This little girl whom I am calling 'Rose', (mmm, I wonder why?) is all prepared and has her bouquet of vintage red roses clutched in her hand, ready to give to her true love. I love these little girl spun cotton figures and dearly wanted to commemorate Saint Valentine with one of my own......

This has to be one of my favorite sayings and I always give credit for this lovely phrase to my dear friend Rebecca at A Gathering Place. I do not know if this is original to Rebecca but she was the first person that I heard using this wonderful saying and to me it will always remind me of her, thank you Rebecca......
